you will have access to Studio 1 and all it’s amenities, on-site parking, C-stands, plinths, Polyboards, full use of the commercial kitchen. The option to hire specified furniture, equipment, backdrops and props comes at an additional cost. You can browse these items via our website.

Yes, there is 1 car park available on site for renters at no extra cost alongside additional street parking right outside our doorstep. Please be mindful of clear-away zones when coordinating with your production team.

Yes, our studio is equipped with a full commercial kitchen that renters are welcome to use during their booking upon request.

There are no hidden fees in our pricing structure however, any additional rentals beyond the standard package will incur extra charges. If the cyc wall is damaged or stained, a repainting fee of $250 may be charged - we’ll be transparent about all costs upfront on the day.

We recommend booking the studio as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our schedule.

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests for events whilst any more than 15 team members in Studio 1will start to feel a little busy. This will vary depending on your production layout.

In addition to the on-site parking and commercial kitchen, we offer restroom and shower facilities, Wi-Fi access, a comfortable lounge area, a clothes steamer and a H&MU station.
Additional breakout spaces or green rooms can be organised upon request at an additional cost.

The studio has 2 large built-in sky lights alongside a New York loft-style window built into the cyclorama wall. These skylights provide plenty of natural light however we recommend visiting our Instagram for visual reference.
The skylights also have the ability to be completely blacked out to allow for more control of your studio lighting set-up.

The 270 degree eggshell style cyclorama wall offers 3 seamless floor to ceiling walls measuring in at 10.5m [w] x 10.5m [d] x 2.7m [h]
Please be mindful that there is a New York loft style window built into the back right hand side of the cyclorama.

Our Community
Perfect for any sort of content creation. The Cyclorama wall is unbelievable, which meant we could have two shoot set ups when needed. On top of that there were so many nice details in the decor (couches, interesting chairs, concrete floor, exposed brick walls etc) that made getting BTS content a breeze.
Incredible space with so many uses. It has great natural light that can be blocked out depending on your needs. Amy, Kane and the Annotate team are a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating each and every time we use it.
The studio space is breathtaking and very inspiring with many different opportunities and angles for a shoot, the staff are super friendly and professional and fun. Super accomodating as well in looking after their clients and guests. Can’t wait to work with you again guys!
